Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and Google Play. That determines how cancellation and refunds work, so this policy explains both — including the part that is not in our hands.

Effective date: 9 August 2026 · Last updated: 9 August 2026

1. How subscriptions are billed

Subscriptions are purchased and billed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play using their in-app purchase systems. They renew automatically at the interval you selected until you cancel.

We do not process the payment, do not receive your card or bank details, and do not hold the billing relationship. That sits between you and Apple or Google.

2. Cancelling

You cancel through the store you bought from — in your Apple ID subscription settings, or in Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals.

Access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee, and you do not need to contact us first.

3. Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Subscription charges, including for a period you have only partly used, are not refunded by us, and cancelling part-way through a period does not produce a pro-rata refund — your access simply continues to the end of the period you paid for.

Because we never receive your payment, we are also not able to issue a refund even where we would want to. Any refund request must go to the store that took the payment:

  • Apple App Store — request a refund through Apple's “Report a Problem” process using the Apple ID that made the purchase.
  • Google Play — request a refund through your Google Play order history.

Apple and Google apply their own refund policies and make their own decisions. We have no ability to approve, reject, expedite or overturn them.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right to cancel or to a refund that you have under the consumer law applicable to you. Where local law grants you a stronger right than this policy — including any statutory cooling-off period — that law prevails, and the store's refund process is normally the route to exercise it.

5. Service interruptions

We aim to keep the Service available and will notify users in the app where there is a significant interruption. Interruptions do not automatically create an entitlement to a refund under this policy, and any refund in those circumstances remains a matter for the store and for your statutory rights.

6. Price changes

If subscription pricing changes, the store will notify you before the new price applies to a renewal, so that you can cancel first if you prefer.

7. Contact

For questions about this policy — as distinct from a refund request, which must go to Apple or Google — contact support@breakoutstructure.com. We aim to respond within 4 hours.
